The Celtics truly looked great in game one, they absolutely dominated that game from start to finish and didn't even give the Mavs a chance. I'm sure I'm not alone when i say that i was impressed with the return of Kristaps Porzingis! He looked like he is going to be a big problem for the Mavs. With all that said, the Mavericks settled in the second half of game 1 and actually cut a 30 point deficit to 8 points in the third quarter. The Mavericks can have to believe they can make this a series if they get off to a faster start, and the way they finished the opening game could have a carry over effect. The Mavs have outright won 5 of their last 6 games as underdogs. The Celtics have failed to cover 6 of their last 8 games when favorites of 7 or more points.
