MLB is back and we SWEPT my card yesterday! 6-0 on the card, plus we hit our two legger 1+ hit parlay from yesterday's article! 13 games on Opening Day had 28 home runs, 13 stolen bases, and 122 runs scored! 10 games are on the slate for Friday and we have 4 teams opening up their season. Today we will discuss the games and the pitching matchups, my best players to look at props, best bets, and my 3 person 1+ hit parlay! Let's get these coins!

MIL Brewers vs NY Mets 1:40 pm est
Freddy Peralta vs Jose Quintana
Peralta is coming off a 12-10 season with a 3.86 ERA and 210 strikeouts. This Mets roster has 8 total hits in 52 ABs against him, which is a .154 AVG, and they have struck out 19 times. He opened the season last year against the Mets in a game he went 6 IP, gave up 2 hits, 3 BBs, 7 Ks, on 85 pitches thrown to get the win in a game that finished 10-0. I know the past is important, but he got touched up this spring training posting a 7.20 ERA in 15 IP and a batting average of .333 against.
Jose Quintana is coming off a 3-6 season posting a 3.57 ERA. He only pitched in 13 games after dealing with a rib injury. This Brewers roster is batting .288 against him with 19 hits in 66 ABs. The 35 year old has been cursed with injuries since 2019, and the lack of use was seen in this spring training as he gave up a 6.19 ERA in 16 IP.
ATL Braves vs PHI Phillies 3:05 pm est
Spencer Strider vs Zack Wheeler
Strider went 20-5 last season posting a 3.86 ERA and 281 strikeouts. He went 4-0 versus the Phillies last regular season, but went 0-2 when it mattered in the postseason. The Phillies are batting .195 against him going 38-195. He shoved this preseason going 3-1 with a 0.79 ERA in 22.2 IP, a .190 batting average against, and 35 strikeouts.
Wheeler went 13-6 last season posting a 3.61 ERA with 212 strikeouts and a 1.08 WHIP. He went 2-0 vs ATL last season. This Braves roster is batting .221 against him going 69-312. In the preseason, he pitched 14.1 IP with a 1.26 ERA.

Chris Bassitt vs Aaron Civale
Bassitt went 16-8 with a 3.60 ERA. He went 1-1 versus this Tampa Bay roster last year, who is batting .238 versus him going 10-42.
Civale was 7-5 last year with a 3.46 ERA. He was 0-1 versus this Toronto roster who is batting .250 against him going 8-32.
PIT Pirates vs MIA Marlins 7:10 pm est
Martin Perez vs A.J. Puk
Perez went 10-4 last season with a 4.45 ERA. He transitioned to the bullpen after the addition of some major arms at the deadline with Texas. This Marlins team is batting .227 against him going 10-44.
Puk is making his first career start after having his whole career being in the bullpen. The Marlins rotation is hurting with Alcantara and Perez being injured. Pittsburgh is batting .235 against him going 4-17.
NY Yankees vs HOU Astros 8:10 pm est
Carlos Rodon vs Cristian Javier
Rodon went 3-8 last year while dealing with injury complications. He did face Houston twice and got one win. Houston is batting .236 against him going 17-72.
Javier was 10-5 last year with a 4.56 ERA. Yankees are batting .137 versus him ,and Aaron Judge is 0-12 against him with 7 strikeouts.

Logan Allen vs Ross Stripling
Allen went 7-8 last year posting a 3.81 ERA. This A's team only has 8 ABs against him but no hits.
Stripling went 0-5 last year with a 5.36 ERA. Cleveland is batting .342 against him going 9-26, led by Josh Naylor and Jose Ramirez.

Cal Quantrill vs Merrill Kelly
Quantrill went 4-7 last season with a 5.24 ERA. Arizona is batting .242 versus him going 15-62, with Christian Walker and Eugenio Suarez leading the way.
Kelly went 12-8 last season with a 3.29 ERA. He was 2-0 versus Colorado last season who is batting .241 against him going 39-162.

Pivetta posted a 4.04 ERA last year as he bounced to the bullpen. He gets the start today versus Seattle who he went 1-1 against last season. The M's are batting .300 against him with Cal Raleigh and Jorge Polanco leading the way.

Kyle Harrison vs Joe Musgrove
Kyle Harrison is a 22 year old with 7 career MLB starts under his belt. He went 1-1 last year with a 4.15 ERA. His only loss cam from San Diego, but this current roster formation is only batting .150 against him.
Musgrove got shelled in Korea versus LAD going 2.2 IP giving up 7 hits, 5 ER, 2 BB, and only 2 Ks. Last season, he went 10-3 posting a 3.05 ERA. This Giants roster is batting .206 against him going 26-126
