So far in this series we have seen nothing but dominance from this Rangers squad! They don’t seem to be even a little bit intimidated by the Caps! The Rangers obviously still hold the lead after winning the first two games of this series, but now head to DC and I’m sure they don’t want to give the Capitals any hope by letting them win Game 3 tonight. If the Rangers were to lose this game, the pressure would all of a sudden by right back on them in Game 4. The Rangers' offense has been good in each of the first two games of this series In the first game they let the Capitals stick around by not scoring any goals in the third period, but they still held on for the 4-3 victory. Vincent Trocheck and Mika Zibenejad both scored a goal and added an assist. Igor Shesterkin saved 22 of the 25 shots that he faced. The Rangers offense is ranked 6th in the league, while the defense is ranked 7th. The offense might get the attention but this has been a very solid defensive team. During the playoffs, it’s been mostly a balanced attack and there are eight players that have had two points. Can they put another nail in the Capitals coffin and work for the Game four sweep!?

The Capitals have been absolutely terrible in this series and look like they have zero answers for this Rangers team! I’m truly confident to say their backs are against the wall and they are terrified who return to their home ice after losing their first two games of the series. In the last game, the offense at least managed three goals, but it wasn’t enough as they had given up four goals in the first two periods. The defense was better in the third and gave them a chance, they just couldn’t find the 4th goal. Tom Wilson did have a good game, scoring a goal and adding another assist. But the question that I can’t figure out is, where is Ove? Seriously, Ovechkin has been a non-factor so far in the playoffs so far and in the two games he has had managed only one shot on goal. If he continues to be a non-factor, the Capitals really don’t have much of a shot to even win a game in this series. T.J. Oshie had shots on goal, but didn’t find the back of the net. The Capitals offense is ranked 28th in the league, while the defense is ranked 17th. Tom Wilson is the only guy for the Capitals in the playoffs to have more than one point. The Caps need him to step up and find some kind of grit to save this team from a sweep!
Capitals Player Prop Facts
Alex Ovechkin has scored at least one goal in each of the Capitals' last four home games against Metropolitan Division opponents.
Dylan Strome has recorded at least one assist in nine of the Capitals' last 10 games as home underdogs against Eastern Conference opponents.
Sonny Milano has recorded at least one point in each of his last seven home appearances against Metropolitan Division opponents.

💎NY RANGERS IN REG -105 ( 2u )
I would like to think that the Capitals would put up a fight tonight but I have seen nothing from this team to make think they have it in them to compete against this Rangers squad. It truly is going to come down to Ovechkin and I really am not sold on him being a whole lot better here. Overall this season the Capitals offense has been a major issue and they are going to really struggle to get the offense going here. The Capitals are going to finish with only two goals here, and that isn’t going to be enough. New York is going to score at least five goals, and that is going to be the difference here and the Rangers are will continue to exert dominance over the Caps. Back the Rangers in regulation tonight for the cash!
