Djokovic vs Fucsovics Head-To-Head Facts!
Djokovic and Fucsovics have met five times. The Serbian leads 5-0. They met once on clay before and Djokovic powered to a 7-6, 6-0, 6-3 win at the 2023 French Open.
The Novak Djokovic Preview!

So, Novak Djokovic is back in Geneva! He snagged a wild card spot as the second seed in the ATP Geneva Open, which is a bit of a surprise since he skipped the big ATP Masters 1000 in Rome (a tournament he's won a bunch of times!). This will actually be his second time playing in this Swiss event; he made it to the semifinals last year before losing to Tomas Machac. He also got a free pass through the first round this time around.
There was a lot of folks have been wondering why Djokovic skipped the Italian Open, but don't worry, he's not injured! He's actually been training on clay courts back in Belgrade. He's only played in two warm-up events for the French Open so far—one in Monte Carlo and one in Madrid—and he's still looking for his first win on clay this season. Will he finally get it in Geneva?
The Marton Fucsovics Preview

Marton Fucsovics, who's unseeded here in Geneva, got his tournament started in the first round and grabbed a nice straight-sets win over World No. 49 Zizou Bergs. That was his first main draw win on Tour since he made the semifinals in Bucharest back in early April! He took the first set pretty handily, 6-2, and then stepped it up even more in the second, closing out the match 6-2, 6-3.
This win means Fucsovics is into the Round of 16 in Geneva for the fourth time in his career – he even won his first ATP title here seven years ago! However, he hasn't gotten past the second round in his last three tries, so let's see if he can change that this year.

The Djokovic vs Fucsovics Match Prediction!

THE PICK: Djokovic in three sets -110
You know, Djokovic playing this ATP 250 event right before the French Open might seem a little odd, but it could actually be a brilliant move. Last year, he wasn't feeling great about his game heading into Roland Garros and decided to play in Geneva then too. Turns out, he looked super competitive in Paris and was only stopped by an injury! He's in a similar spot this year, but I'm definitely not counting him out. In fact, I'm thinking he'll snag a much-needed three-set win here.
