This UNLV team has really been improving as the tournament goes on and I'm surprised to see how well they are playing! The Rebels are 21-12 (12-6) this season after they just beat Boston College by a score of 79-70 in their last game. UNLV was tied at 37 at the half and they scored 42 points in the second half in the win. The Rebels shot 49.2% from the field and were -6 in rebounding margin in the game. UNLV defeated Princeton by a score of 84-77 in their first NIT game and they have won seven of their last nine games now. The Rebels are scoring 74 points per game and giving up 68 points against per game this year. Dedan Thomas Jr. is averaging 13.9 points per game, 2.7 rebounds per game, and 5.2 assists per game. UNLV is shooting 45.8% from the field, 72.4% on free throws, and 33.3% on three pointers this season. Can they continue to surprise and win this game as a underdog or will they go home!?

I'm actually pretty disappointed that this squad didn't make the Big Dance and have a shot on the big stage. They played a great season and was very competitive in a very tough Big East conference. This Seton Hall squad went 22-12 (13-7) this year! We just seen the Pirates beat up on North Texas by a score of 72-58 in their last game. Seton Hall led 33-24 at halftime and they scored 39 points in the second half to pull away with the easy win. They also defeated St. Joe’s by a score of 75-72 in their first NIT game and they have won four of their last five games now. The Pirates are averaging 73 points per game and giving up 69 points against per game this season. Kadary Richmond is averaging 15.6 points per game, 6.8 rebounds per game, and 5.0 assists per game. Seton Hall is shooting 44.8% from the field, 77.3% on free throws, and 32.7% on three pointers this year. Can they find success here in the NIT and get some satisfaction from this year after being rejected the chance to go dancing!?

💎 SETON HALL -4.5 -110 ( 1 unit )
This might not be the most popular pick today because we did see Seton Hall struggle in their first game against St. Joe’s, but they bounced back with a dominating win over North Texas in the second round. We can't forget that this Seton Hall squad almost and arguably should have made the NCAA Tournament and I honestly think that was a major distraction in that St. Joe’s game for these boys, but they played great against the Mean Green and looked like they wanted this NIT. UNLV has had two solid wins over BC and Princeton and even though they finished fourth in the Mountain West, they didn’t get any of the six NCAA Tournament bids. Seton Hall has been great at home all season and I think that is going to be a big boost for them. Dont get me wrong, I know the Rebels are a very solid team, but Seton Hall was fourth in one of the best conferences in the country and was very competitive all year.! They are the better team in this game and will show that tonight with a comfortable win over this UNLV team!
