The Dallas Wings Team Preview!

Okay, so the Lynx had a killer season last year, finishing on top of the Western Conference with a 37-15 record. They even made it to the WNBA Finals but sadly lost to the New York Liberty in a close 2-3 series. They were super tough to beat at home (16-4) and pretty good for betting folks too. Offensively, they were scoring a solid 82 points a game (fifth best!), and their defense was even better, allowing only 75.6 points (second best!). Their shooting was on point, especially from three-point land and the free-throw line, and they grabbed a decent number of rebounds.
They had a mixed preseason (1-1) but just snagged a win against Chicago. Oh, and Napheesa Collier was their star player, leading the team in both scoring and rebounding, while Kayla McBride was also putting up some good points.
The Dallas Wings Team Preview!

Alright, so the Wings had a rough go of it last season, ending up with a 9-31 record, which was second-worst in the whole league. Funny enough, they were actually pretty good at home (7-1). Betting-wise, they weren't great against the spread, but they hit the over quite a bit. They could score, averaging a decent 84.2 points (third best!), but their defense was a major issue, letting in a whopping 92.1 points per game – the worst by far. Their shooting percentages were okay, and they were pretty good on the boards.
They also had a 1-1 preseason and just crushed the Toyota Antilopes in their last game, shooting lights out! Arike Ogunbowale is their star, leading them in scoring and assists last year, and Satou Sabaly also put up some good numbers.

The Minnesota Lynx vs Dallas Wings Game Prediction!

THE PICK: Dallas Wings +5.5
The Lynx have a recent edge over the Wings, but Dallas has surprisingly dominated their home games lately, also covering the spread consistently. Their matchups tend to be high-scoring, especially in Dallas. Despite the Lynx being favored by 5.5 points due to their finals appearance and Dallas's previous struggles, the Wings, boosted by top draft pick Paige Bueckers and their past home wins against the Lynx, present good value as the home underdog to cover the spread.
