What a season it has been for this Washington Program! They have dominated all season and now The Huskies are only one win away from Michael Penix Jr leading them to the promised land, not something many people or myself expected heading into this season. We just seen in the Sugar Bowl, Washington go head to head against the Texas Longhorns and they were able to win that game and looked very good doing it! Late in the game the team made a couple of questionable decisions, but they were still able to hold on for the 37-31 win to earn them a shot at the championship. Penix Jr had another strong game against Texas, completing 28 of his 38 passes for 430 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception. Rome Odunze had a strong game also, catching six passes for 125 yards. The defense for the Huskies has been an issue at times and their defense is going to need to be better then they have and rise to the occasion tonight. Dillion Johnson was hurt late in that game against Texas, but he is expected to be able to play in this game. Can The Huskies rise up and shock the nation tonight!?

I have to say, seeing Michigan here in this game tonight is no shock at all! Heading into this season I had big expectations for this Michigan team and them expectations were a National Championship, and now they are only one win away from making it happen. In the Rose Bowl it wasn’t the cleanest game or prettiest game and it took overtime, but Michigan was able to come out on top. JJ McCarthy had a couple of questionable decisions but still completed 17 of his 27 passes for 221 yards and three touchdowns. Blake Corum also had a strong game, putting up 19 carries for 83 yards and a touchdown. Michigan on the season is averaging 36 points while their defense is giving up 10.2 points per game. Can Michigan finish the job tonight and bring home a National Championship!?

Penix Jr had another amazing game in the last one against Texas, and he’s going to have another strong game here. Michigan’s defense showed a couple of holes in their last game against Alabama, and Washington is a better offensive team then Bama and could really take advantage of them weak spots in this Michigan defense. Penix Jr is going to feed Odunze all game and we seen how well Penix can sling that ball! Washington is going to come into this game fired up and on a mission. The books gave us points with The Huskies for this game, well they can keep them points, we aren’t going to need any points here.
